Rubygate: who knows the truth and who's interested in it? |
“The Ruby case: Are you not interested in the truth any more?” read on the signed carried by the curvaceous Ruby the Heartstealer (real name: Karima El Mahroug) as the young Moroccan staged a protest (this time properly dressed up) by reading a statement to the journalists.
Prosecutors state that Ruby had paid sex with Silvio Berlusconi when she was 17, and the billionaire is also accused of having abused of his position as prime minister, when he intervened with police after Karima was arrested because she was accused of stealing money from a friend.
Barbara Guerra: she says Ruby went with half of Milan in six months |
The nightclub dancer admitted participating to the former prime minister's entertaining evenings (where the young woman was a “regular guest”, according to witnesses), but denies having had sex with Berlusconi (and denies having had sex for money altogether).
She said that she “felt used” by the magistrates, in order to pursuit a “war against Silvio Berlusconi”. And she states nobody is listening to what she has to say... even though last December she just forgot to show up at the court and travelled to Mexico instead.
Well, as often happens in the disputes involving members of the bunga-bunga army (a force made by bunga-bunga girls), there is always somebody holding a different opinion, and also in this case we had a few people protesting about the protest.
Women linked to Berlusconi, like reality show contestant Barbara Guerra (who is now 34 and rarely misses out an occasion to mingle with sex scandals...) – whose mobile phone took some of the raunchiest photos published by newspapers as proof of the promiscuity of the Arcore's nights – and 25-year-old Romanian model Ioana Visan (allegedly) unleashed bursts of tweets urging the “prostitute” who “went with half of Milan in six months” to turn the “rubber dinghy” she used to travel to Italy and “Go back to Morocco”.
