Silvio Berlusconi the conspiracy theorist

January 2013. Silvio Berlusconi keeps on discovering conspiracies planned by his enemies, in order to prevent him to deservedly get back to Italy's helm. And he keeps instigating his supporters to fight against this Communist plot.

Silvio Berlusconi, in the attempt to gain sympathy from the public before the general election set for 24-25 February 2013, is trying to portray himself in different ways, but mainly as a victim.

In his own view, Silvio is a victim of a series of conspiracies and plots, he has being disclosing day after day. In the past he informed Barack Obama and Angela Merket about this terrible conspiracy (did they care?). Behind those plots obviously hid some of his countless enemies.
The last of the conspiracies he managed to reveal, was a downright “feminist conspiracy” that sentenced him to pay 36 million euro (£29 million) to his former wife Veronica Lario. Needless to say that the three women judges were communist, even though one of them was notably a representative of Milan's centre-right community, former fiancée of People of Liberty's politician Gabriele Albertini (it's amazing how them communists manage to worm their ways everywhere!).

Previously, the former prime minister of Italy became the target of a hidden plot that brought down his government in November 2011 (“the great scandal”, as Silvio calls it, based on the bond-scam). Arriving in Milan's railway station he revealed it to the journalists. And he said that as soon as he will win the election, they are going to “establish a commission of inquiry” in order to bring the conspiracy (and the conspirators) to light. Who were involved in the plot? Mario Monti, for a start, and his accomplice Angela Merkel (but Silvio, you asked her for help?), and Italy's President – 87-year-old Giorgio Napolitano – who served as an inside man. On public service Radio1 Mario Monti would comment: “An interesting, extravagant and belated idea. But so be it.”.

Of course, there was a political conspiracy that – in October 2012 – led to a conviction of tax fraud (Silvio was sentenced to four years in prison, then reduced to one, due to a pardon), in the so-called Mediaset case.

Rubygate? Under-age prostitute? Fantasies made up by conspirators!

But the most blatant of the conspiracies is the one behind the Rubygate, the inquiry that led to a proceeding against Silvio, accused of paying an under-age prostitute Karima El Mahroug (aka Ruby "The Heart Stealer" Rubacuori) for sexual services, in the midst of the bunga-bunga parties' period, when hordes of women and girls (Silvio is keeping handy abunch of those females, just in case) where brought to his Arcore's villa in order to stoke late night celebrations with his friends. The proceedings will resume in less than four weeks, beginning of February 2013.

The list could go on forever, of we keep looking into Silvio's past, but – as he put it – he has been accused of everything, but being gayor having stolen from the Italians' pockets.
