The incoming judicial issues of Mr Berlusconi

Tue, 25 June 2013. As Silvio Berlusconi is sentenced to seven years in jail and ban from holding public office prison (for having had sex with a under-age prostitute and having tried to deceive a bunch of policemen about her identity, with a prank phone call) the Italian judiciary is keeping by five more judicial trials for the former PM of Italy. Not all of them involving women.

One of the rare occasions when Silvio Berlusconi showed up in court

Silvio Berlusconi has barely time to swallow the heavy sentence given by Milan's magistrates (they took seriously prosecutor's theory about Silvio being the head of a prostitution ring, didn't they?), that he will need a bit of luck and concentration to dodge the incoming threats from the judiciary, a gymkhana (since Silvio reckon it's a war, he might prefer to call a campaign) of proceedings starting already... tomorrow!

On 26 June (Wednesday) in front of the third civil chamber of the Supreme Court will be examined the appeal of Berlusconi's Fininvest against the second degree sentence with was ordered him to pay more than 560m euro to Carlo De Benedetti's Cir for the Lodo Mondadori (see the ad hoc Wikipedia page for more detailed information about the plethora of Berlusconi's trials).

The day after, Thursday 27 June Silvio Berlusconi will have to face the preliminary hearings for his trial on charges of corruption in Naples (if PdL's president loathes Milan's prosecutors, he isn't in better relationship with their colleagues in Neaples...).

Women (Ruby the Heartstealer) and bars:
Silvio Berlusconi's past and future?
The former prime minister is accused of having paid 3m euro to IdV's (Italia dei Valori, that is Italy of Values in English, pretty ironic...) senator Sergio De Gregorio (who admitted having received the money, even though he says he doesn't know why he got it). Fellow defendants are Sergio “take-the-money-and-run” De Gregorio himself and Valter Lavitola, a recurring figure in Silvio's obscurer vicissitudes.
There is no defined date for the pending issues related to the UNIPOL case (together with his brother Paolo, Silvio Berlusconi is accused of revelation of secrecy for the leak of a famous interception. Again, if you want to know more, turn to Wikipedia as everybody does in the 21st century), the civil separation trial with Veronica Lario and the Mediaset trial (Berlusconi was already given a four years – first degree - sentence in prison, possibly he is coming back for more).

Well, even if you don't like him, you are compelled to wish him good luck!
