Berlusconi's bunga bunga parties' details disclosed by Milan's court

Ruby the Heartstealer received from Silvio Berlusconi
"money and jewellery" in exchange for sex, according to Milan's judges

Thursday, 21 November 2013. Milan's court publishes details of Berlusconi conviction, is bunga bunga parties and his exchange of money and jewellery for sex with under-age dancer Karima el Mahroug (aka Ruby the Heart Stealer).

The proceedings about the sex scandal that involved Silvio Berlusconi ended up with a seven-year sentence, appeal pending. It's no more on the news, as it happened last June, but now new details have been disclosed about the sex scandal, as the Milan's court published a 350-page document about testimonies, bunga bunga parties and – of course – lots of women.

The former prime minister of Italy will also be banned from public office for life (if he fails to win the appeal to the sentence), a problem that adds up to Berlusconi's woes: on Wednesday the Senate will decide whether to expel him from the Italian parliament, in the wake of his conviction for tax fraud (no appeal pending, this one is definitive).

So, according to the court's ruling, there is no doubt Berlusconi that he was the “organiser of the sexual acts” and “it was he who arranged the so-called bunga bunga parties in order to satisfy his desires”.

Testimonies told that the parties held in Berlusconi's villa in Arcore culminated with physical contact with Berlusconi “such as rubbing, fondling of breasts and intimate parts”. Women where half-naked and/or dressed up in fancy dresses, like nurses and policewomen. One of them - Marysthell Polanco - also dressed up as AC Milan's player Ronaldinho, teeth and all.

Furthermore the young women (aspiring actresses, show-girls, escorts, whores, etc.) who attended the sleazy parties “were personally chosen” by Mr Berlusconi and they were “compensated with money, jewellery, cars and also with the payment of their rent”. A bunch of those women were kept in a condominium in Milan.

Some women were also granted contracts either at state Mr Berlusconi’s private company Mediaset, Italy’s largest private broadcaster, or at Italian public TV RAI (as testified by a famous phone call between the millionaire – then prime minister – and a high-ranking RAI official... click here to watch the video about the infamous chat). When Ruby the Heartstealer was arrested, Mr Berlusconi “abusing his capacity as Chairman of the Council of Ministers” forced the staff of a police station to release the girls, entrusting Nicole Minetti (who was also sentenced to seven years in prison, due to her role in the sex scandal).

Tough days for poor Silvio Berlusconi, who had already to swallow a few bitter pills in the recent past, like the split of his party, as some of the People of Freedom members - led by Berlusconi's former heir apparent Angelino Alfano - refused to follow him into the renewed Forza Italia.
